Hi, I’m Josie! 👋
Based in the Philadelphia area, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE corrective exercise specialist, pre/post natal exercise specialist, and former Division I athlete. Aside from my family, athletics have been the most influential aspect of my life.
Longevity, mobility, functional fitness, and optimal performance are fully intertwined with one another, yet treated as separate entities in today’s fitness space. Guiding others towards optimal health and fitness and encouraging a well-rounded, balanced lifestyle is my purpose and mission.
I currently train in person at X Training in Bryn Mawr. I work with clients of all backgrounds who want to move better, feel stronger, and train with intention.
For my online clients, I offer individualized coaching and programs tailored towards your goals and lifestyle.
